Cheshire Fitness for Women in Cheshire, CT opened the door in
September of 2005. Our facility represents a community of support
and inspiration, striving to improve quality of life through physical fitness and healthy living. Our staff strives to create positive relationships with our members and make them feel comfortable. Our club is a non-judgemental, non-threatening environment for women to workout, to improve their health, well-being and to reconnect with who they are.
