Spinning - A spin bike, great music and a motivating instructor take you on a journey through various terrains including hills and mountains. Every ride challenges your strength, will and determination. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced cyclist, Spinning is for everyone! Come take a ride with us...
Bodypump - A weight training workout set to great music and challenging choreography. Using a barbell and adjustable weights, you will be taken through a full body workout that will strengthen, tone and define your muscles. Easy to follow choreography make this a class great for a beginner.
Kickboxing - High Energy martial arts class. Using various punches, kicks and choreography, you receive a calorie burning and muscle strengthening workout. Come feel empowered while relieving some stress!
Pilates - Traditional Mat pilates to strengthen the core muscles to enhance your muscle balance, strength and flexibility. This class stresses the importance of strengthening from the inside out.
Ultimate Abs - A 30 minute workout of abdominal and core strengthening exercises. |
